Hanna has worked at University of Illinois at Chicago for 15 years. She received her Bachelor degree of Clinical Medicine Anhui University and MD, PhD in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Sun-Yat Sen University P. R. China. She also received MBA degree at University of Illinois at Chicago. Hanna received clinical research lab training at St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center at Tufts University in Boston and post-doctoral fellowship training at Department of Microbiology at University of Illinois at Chicago. She joined the lab in January 2017 and has focused on molecular biology aspects of ongoing projects.
